Qualifications

• Experience shipping production software in startup or growth environments.
• Experience with AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, OpenAI).
• Build modern web applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with AWS, deployment, production operations, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

We are entering a critical phase of MVP launch, commercialization, validation, and scale. You will help launch the system, onboard customers, and scale the architecture for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
• build AI-native workflows leveraging LLMs, search, retrieval, and intelligence systems
• design and maintain APIs, data models, integrations, and supporting services
• optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and operating costs
• contribute to architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards
• support technical diligence, commercialization efforts, and fundraising activities
• recruit, evaluate, and onboard engineering resources upon growth

Required

• AI/ML technologies particularly LLMs

• AI/ML and LLM frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace, RAG)
• state management libraries (Redux, MobX)
• search, retrieval, ranking, recommendation systems (ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, SOLR)
• containerization, micro-services, messaging and event-driven architecture
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• domain knowledge of private equity and enterprise SaaS
