Job summary

OnlyEdge is seeking a founding product designer / design engineer to work directly with the CEO and CTO. You will own 0-to-1 product execution, refine workflows and UX/UI, and help shape AI-native workflows that improve signal capture and judgment formation.

OnlyEdge is a system of record for PE operator intelligence across roles, sectors, and scale.

We capture how sponsors, recruiters, and teams decide which PE operators to trust for diligence and value creation. Today, that judgment is scattered across inboxes, calls, and memory, causing every deal to restart from scratch. Our system builds institutional intelligence across deals by linking signals, judgment, and outcomes over time.

We’re entering a critical phase of product launch, commercialization, and customer feedback iteration and looking for a founding product designer / design engineer to work directly with the CEO and CTO.

This is not a traditional design role.

We’re looking for a first-principles, systems-minded builder with an owner mentality who wants to operate like a business partner and help shape product direction, execution, and commercialization.

0-to-1 Product Execution:Drive product from launch through commercialization by refining workflows, UX/UI, and intelligence systems based on real customer usage and feedback.

Customer Feedback Loops:Work directly with sponsors, recruiters, operators, and users to translate conversations, friction points, and workflows into product decisions and roadmap priorities.

AI-Native Product Development:Partner with management to design AI-native workflows that improve signal capture, judgment formation, operator intelligence, and decision continuity.

UX/UI & Product Refinement:Own product experience across platform and website with a focus on clarity, institutional trust, workflow efficiency, and judgment-first UX.

Commercialization & Strategy:Participate in customer discussions, demos, investor conversations, and commercialization strategy as we scale product adoption and market positioning.

Market & Product Intelligence:Track AI tooling, product trends, and competitive shifts to improve execution speed, product quality, and user experience.
