You will work closely with enterprise customers, translate business problems into production-grade AI capabilities, and build robust integrations across APIs, databases, and external systems.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role sitting at the intersection of software engineering, AI, product, and solutions architecture.

You’ll partner directly with enterprise customers, understand how their business operates, and build AI-powered solutions that automate meaningful work. Every customer is different, so no two projects are the same. You’ll prototype quickly, ship fast, gather feedback, and continuously improve production systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications for enterprise customers.
• Work directly with engineering teams, executives, and operators to understand business problems and translate them into production-ready AI solutions.
• Build integrations with APIs, internal systems, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Prototype rapidly, launch early, and iterate continuously based on customer feedback.
• Own projects from the first customer conversation through deployment and long-term success.
• Become a trusted technical advisor, helping customers identify new opportunities to automate workflows using AI.
• Work across backend services, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing applications depending on what each deployment requires.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on real customer feedback.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience—you'll act like an extension of their team, building long-term relationships rather than simply shipping software.

What They're Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent experience building technical products)
• Strong Python experience with the ability to build production-quality backend services and APIs.
• Comfortable integrating external systems and working across the full software stack.
• Enjoys speaking directly with customers and translating technical problems into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems without a playbook.
• Curious about AI and excited to work on cutting-edge LLM applications in a rapidly evolving space.
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environments where ownership is high and bureaucracy is low.
• Willing to work from 3 days a week in-office.
