The Opportunity

This is a true founding engineer role.

You will not be maintaining legacy code or polishing edges on a bloated roadmap. You will be designing and shipping meaningful features that customers use immediately.

You will work directly with the technical and product leadership and have real influence over architecture, product decisions, and the future engineering team.

What You Will Build

• End to end product features that go from concept to production
• Backend systems and APIs that power AI driven discovery, ranking, and outreach
• LLM powered workflows used directly by paying customers
• Systems that prioritise speed, reliability, and scalability without over-engineering
• Infrastructure and patterns that will support the next stage of growth

This role is deeply hands on. You will be writing a lot of code and making a lot of decisions that matter.

What We’re Looking For

You are a senior full stack engineer who:

• Is strong in TypeScript and Next.js
• Has real backend experience and understands system design trade offs
• Has built and operated production systems on AWS
• Is comfortable designing databases, APIs, and services end to end
• Has hands on experience integrating LLMs or building AI powered products
• Regularly uses AI coding tools to increase leverage and speed
• Has worked in startup or fast moving product environments

Experience with B2B SaaS, outbound systems, email workflows, referral platforms, or affiliate ecosystems is a strong plus.
