Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• 4+ years managing engineers or managers.
• Experience shipping AI-powered solutions in production.
• Strong systems design and architectural judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team end-to-end and grow the org.
• Oversee roadmap delivery, quality, on-call, and platform reliability.
• Drive AI-native platform strategy and toolchain adoption.
• Partner with product, design, legal, and operations as peers.
