W Talent is currently partnering with an ambitious founder in the legal sector who is on a mission to reimagine professional services.

We are seeking a Head Of Engineering (Founding CTO) with hands-on development and architecture experience, as well as the ability to lead a small team of developers and collaborate with the leadership team to create roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.

The team is primarily based in the US but works fully remotely, so this role can be based in the US or Europe.

Requirements:
