Job summary

Scanifly is seeking a player-coach engineering leader in the United States to guide the engineering organization, mentor engineers, and partner with product to deliver high‑impact work. You champion collaboration, growth, and psychological safety while elevating the team’s craft.

You will own the systems and guardrails that enable fast, confident shipping, identify efficiency gains, stay close to the code, set meaningful metrics, and guide teams through evolving opportunities as we scale.

• Maintain consistency with 1:1s and team rituals while guiding the team through high-impact decisions and new opportunities as we evolve.
