Job summary

Eli Technologies is building the new financial operating system for building decarbonization. As Head of Programs, you’ll own the go-to-market motions that win utilities, government programs, and financing contracts, and you’ll stand up the program management organization to deliver them end-to-end.

You’ll work across product, engineering, and industry groups, lead a growing team, manage the P&L, and help shape Eli’s voice in the sector.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in energy efficiency or electrification programs.
• Experience running large program portfolios at an implementer, utility, or government.
• Proven track record securing program work and managing RFP cycles.
• Strong relationships with utility and agency leaders.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing venture-backed tech company.

Responsibilities

• Build and run pipeline for program administration and implementation contracts with utilities, governments, sponsors, and partners.
• Represent Eli with utility program leadership, agency staff, and industry partners.
• Stand up and lead the program management organization: launch planning, staffing, SLAs, regulatory reporting, evaluation readiness.
• Own the P&L for the programs business, including bid pricing, delivery cost, and margin.
• Recruit, develop, and retain program managers and delivery leads as the portfolio grows.
• Work with product and engineering to translate program needs into platform capability for faster launches.
• Shape Eli's industry presence through conferences, working groups, and regulatory proceedings.
