Job summary

Meta is seeking a Principal Program Manager for Infrastructure Development in Menlo Park, CA. You will own end-to-end program management across energy infrastructure investments, establishing governance, tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver billions in capacity.

This senior role requires executive communication and strategic execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management in energy infrastructure or large-scale capital projects.
• Experience managing multi-party partnerships with utilities and independent power producers.
• Strong governance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to influence executives and communicate complex program status clearly.
• Experience in hyperscale data center or cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Meta's energy infrastructure investment portfolio.
• Design and operate governance, cadence, and escalation for the portfolio.
• Monitor cost, schedule, risk, and interdependencies with objective leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and external partners.
• Build scalable program management infrastructure and standardized reporting.
