Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a Client Server Manager to lead imaging, deployment, and virtualization strategies for enterprise endpoints, ensuring standardized, secure, and efficiently managed devices across the organization.

The role focuses on Citrix administration (XenApp/XenDesktop), VDI design, image engineering with MECM/SCCM, Ivanti, Intune, Google Admin Console, and modern provisioning workflows, while aligning with security and business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute.
5+ years in imaging, virtualization, or endpoint management.
8+ years in computer hardware/software support.
Experience with MECM/SCCM, Ivanti, Intune, VMware, and Google Admin Console.
Certifications such as MCSE, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, Ivanti or Google Admin certification, ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead imaging, deployment, and virtualization strategy and operations.
Mentor engineers and administrators in Citrix, imaging, and endpoint management.
Oversee Citrix farms, app publishing, and high availability.
Design and manage VDI using VMware or Citrix.
Integrate imaging with deployment workflows and maintain documentation.
Ensure security compliance and patch management across endpoints.
Coordinate change management and project governance.
