Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in electrical engineering or industrial automation, preferably in custom machinery.
- 7+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong background in electrical schematics, control panels, PLC/HMI, motion control, industrial networks, and machine safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of electrical and controls engineers.
- Advance electrical design standards, architecture, and documentation practices.
- Provide hands-on guidance and design reviews for complex systems.
- Drive applications of PLC, HMI, motion control, and safety technologies.
- Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain timely release of schematics, BOMs, I/O docs, and software.
