Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years leading industrial automation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA, robotics, motion control, machine vision, and safety systems.
• Travel up to 40–60% to customer sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects from kickoff through acceptance, delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate engineering, controls, electrical, mechanical, software, operations, procurement, and commissioning.
• Manage customer communications, kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.
• Forecast costs and revenue, track procurement, and protect project profitability.
• Drive FAT, SAT, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Mentor junior staff and promote standard PM practices.
