Job summary

The AI Whistleblower Initiative is seeking a Head of Education Delivery and Growth to lead outreach, education, and network-building for frontier AI insiders. You will own how insiders discover our organization, trust our guidance, and connect with our support network.

You will manage a portfolio of channels, measure outcomes, and scale successful approaches while coordinating with partners and reporters. The role requires vision, execution discipline, and a willingness to recruit and lead a

• Backgrounds like developer relations, growth at startups, political/advocacy, or mission-driven sales/marketing are relevant.
• You are resourceful, able to think big, and comfortable building scalable outreach systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect outreach through channels from in-person events to online campaigns to deliver educational material to frontier AI company employees.
• Build and manage a portfolio of channels and maintain live intelligence solutions with support from the tech function.
• Develop relationships with reporters and partner attorneys to connect insiders with support networks.
• Explore referral pathways into the network via employment attorneys and targeted outreach.
• Hire, manage, and grow the Education Delivery and Growth team and manage a significant budget (Head of Education Delivery & Growth).
