We craft lifelike bots for online interactions across voice, video, and text, with scalable content and seamless group chat. We’re hiring a Managing Editor to lead outbound messaging across content, marketing, and thought leadership, own the long-term strategy, and run day-to-day execution with executives, comms, and the community team.

Formación

• Experience leading a multi-person creative or content marketing team.
• Exceptional persuasive writing skills for capturing attention.
• Fast-shipping, experiment-driven mindset and willingness to post often.
• High taste in content curation with clear feedback ability.
• Curiosity for new channels, algorithmic trends, and content strategies.
• Data-driven approach with metrics to iterate on strategy.
• Chronically online instincts for spotting timely messaging opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee outbound copy across long-form, social, paid, and executive thought leadership.
• Hire, train, and manage Cantina’s editorial team across growth and recruiting.
• Collaborate with executives and comms leadership on messaging.
• Develop brand voices for Cantina’s core accounts and executives.
• Execute the content calendar across all channels.
• Help develop platform-native media properties.
• Apply the latest editorial GTM strategies to win attention.
• Coordinate content amplification with the community team.
• Seize narrative opportunities from news, trends, and debates.
