Job summary

CRIO is seeking a product leader to own the EDC, eSource, and Integrations portfolio, driving best-in-class sponsor EDC integrations. You will lead multiple teams, partner with executives and sponsors, and guide the roadmap from strategy to execution in an Agile environment.

The role requires extensive experience in leading product lines, building talent, and delivering measurable ROI. This is a full-time remote position based in the United States with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software product management or product ownership with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record building and developing high-performing product teams
• Experience translating company strategy into departmental goals for sponsor EDC integration and tracking KPIs

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for EDC, eSource, and Integrations and define the roadmap at annual and quarterly levels
• Lead, mentor, and grow product owners across teams; develop future leaders
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, and sponsors to ensure cohesive delivery and alignment with roadmap
• Present roadmaps, business cases, and KPI results to executives, boards, and sponsors
• Define KPIs for sponsor EDC integration success and guide data-driven decision making
• Ensure high-quality UX and thorough product requirements in collaboration with design and engineering
• Manage cross-team backlog governance and priority trade-offs with senior leadership
• Lead adoption of new integration capabilities and manage change across internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with sponsors, CROs, and enterprise customers
