Job summary

CRIO is seeking a senior product leader in the United States to own and grow the EDC, eSource, and Integrations portfolio, championing a best‑in‑class sponsor integration roadmap across engineering, design, and customer success.

You will work with executive leadership and sponsors to define KPI‑driven strategies, coach product teams, and drive agile delivery while maintaining a strong focus on data quality, regulatory compliance, and ROI.

Qualifications

8+ years in software product management with 3+ years in leadership, on EDC/eSource or data integration products.
Proven ability to translate strategy into departmental goals and KPIs.
Strong executive presence with experience influencing C‑suite or sponsors.
Deep experience with agile at scale and multiple teams.
Budget ownership, resource planning, and headcount planning experience.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy for EDC, eSource, and Integrations portfolio and define a best‑in‑class sponsorship integration roadmap.
Lead product planning and execution across teams in partnership with engineering and design.
Present roadmaps, business cases, and KPI results to executives and sponsors.
Foster cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Define KPI metrics, track ROI, and use data to guide decisions.
Mentor product owners and drive agile delivery excellence.
Bridge company strategy with hands‑on execution across multiple product lines.
