• Drive proactive compliance outcomes through client engagement, negotiation, remediation, and enforcement strategies.
• Manage program performance with data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead multiple programs and initiatives, balancing priorities and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance matters to stakeholders and escalate significant risks as needed.
