Job summary
World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a senior engineering leader to own the unified eCommerce platform across brands, delivering a consistent customer experience. You will shape the architecture, roadmap, and governance as the platform rolls out, guiding multiple delivery and run teams through migration while staying close to design decisions.
You will become a functional expert in commerce capabilities and drive KPIs, SLAs, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in software engineering, incl. enterprise commerce.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams, including leaders.
- Depth to read PRs and participate in design reviews.
- Modern eCommerce architecture and cloud fluency.
- Experience scaling web applications for global reach.
Responsibilities
- Own the unified eCommerce platform across brands.
- Shape architecture and roadmap for the new platform.
- Lead multiple delivery and run teams during migration.
- Provide technical leadership and participate in design reviews.
- Balance product needs with engineering feasibility.
- Define KPIs and ensure platform performance.
