Job summary

Hadrian in San Francisco seeks a Head of Early Career Recruiting to build and lead the function from the ground up, designing scalable programs that attract top university, trade school, and community talent. You will establish partnerships and a clear operating model to drive early talent at scale.

You will hire and grow a high-performing team of early career recruiters, partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders, and own metrics, processes, and programs that shape Hadrian’s workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of university or early career recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across a growing function.
• Experience building partnerships with trade schools, community colleges, and technical training programs.
• Demonstrated success designing recruiting processes and programs that scale.
• Experience in technical recruiting or familiarity with manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow a team of early career recruiters and program leads, providing coaching, direction, and development.
• Design and execute Hadrian’s early career recruiting strategy across universities, trade schools, and community programs for both technical and operational talent.
• Develop and own long-term partnerships with universities, trade schools, student organizations, and career centers.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers across engineering, operations, and manufacturing to define workforce pipeline needs and hiring goals.
• Oversee the full candidate lifecycle ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience from first touch through onboarding.
• Plan and lead campus and trade school recruiting events, information sessions, and brand-building activities.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for technical and operational roles.
• Define the recruiting metrics and reporting infrastructure to measure program effectiveness and team performance.
• Develop scalable processes, tools, and playbooks that support a growing early career function.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on early career talent trends, market insights, and workforce planning.
