Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Recruiter to scale our growing teams—from engineering to factory operations and business functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with leaders to define role requirements, and build sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

You’ll drive efficient interview processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and use data to continuously improve hiring outcomes.

• As a Recruiter at Hadrian, you’ll play a critical role in scaling the teams that power our growth from the engineers building our automation platform, to the factory teams delivering on throughput and quality, to the business functions that drive revenue and operations.
• This is not a traditional recruiting role: you’ll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where strong partnerships with leaders, sharp sourcing instincts, and sound judgment matter every day
• You’ll join a growing Talent team that is collaborative, mission-driven, and execution-oriented, partnering closely with leadership to shape hiring strategy, candidate experience, and how Hadrian shows up in the talent market
