You will lead pricing analytics, forecast financial impact with FP&A, and collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Tech to scale automated pricing systems and loyalty programs while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pricing, revenue management or analytics in multi-location businesses.
• Experience designing dynamic pricing and loyalty program integration at scale.
• Strong analytics, data modeling, and forecasting capabilities.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead dynamic pricing across 375 locations to drive revenue and margin.
• Build pricing models using data science and forecasting; track KPIs.
