Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Manager of Driver Experience Systems & Intake to lead a global team responsible for Systems Engineering, intake governance, and the Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Diagnostics content for Driver Experience systems and HMI ECU platforms.

You will establish the technical direction, translate customer, regulatory, and UX/UI needs into clear system requirements, and collaborate with product planning, software development, and validation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 8+ years of related experience in automotive systems engineering or product development.
• Experience translating customer, regulatory, and technical needs into product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Driver Experience Systems Engineering, intake and governance for requirements.
• Own functional safety, cybersecurity, connectivity, and diagnostics across Driver Experience platforms.
• Establish technical direction and lifecycle deliverables across regions and programs.
• Partner with product planning, software, integration, and validation teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
