Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Manager of Driver Experience Systems & Intake to lead a global team delivering Systems Engineering, intake governance, and Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Diagnostics for Driver Experience systems and HMI ECU platforms.

You will translate customer and regulatory needs into actionable requirements, align demand with platform strategies, and drive delivery across regions, ensuring clear definitions, interfaces, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience translating customer, business, regulatory, and UX/UI needs into product development requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery across regions.
• Strong communication and judgment skills for senior leadership discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global intake and prioritization for Driver Experience product requests.
• Define system definitions, interfaces, and traceability for Driver Experience platforms.
• Oversee Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, Connectivity, and Diagnostics activities.
• Align demand with platform strategies, capacity, and release plans.
• Provide transparency into priorities, risks, and execution status.
