• Minimum five years in leadership roles; district/executive level in planning or partnerships.
• K-12 experience preferred; Arizona Administrator Certificate preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Advise Superintendent and Governing Board on strategic priorities and planning.
• Develop regulations and plans reflecting Board policy and Journey to Excellence.
• Lead district-wide initiatives and partnerships with business and higher education.
• Coordinate enrollment, workforce alignment, and program development.
