Caesars Digital is seeking a Director of Product for Digital Rewards & Engagement to lead loyalty across our real-money gaming platforms. You will shape the long-term vision, define strategy, and drive execution across Caesars Palace Online Casino, Horseshoe Online Casino, and Caesars Sportsbook.

You will partner with Casino, Sportsbook, and Marketing to maximize player engagement and lifetime value, while balancing profitability and responsible gaming.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with omni-channel loyalty programs preferred.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and own the long-term vision and product roadmap for loyalty, rewards, and engagement across digital products.
• Develop innovative loyalty mechanics leveraging the Caesars Rewards program.
• Align digital Caesars Rewards strategy with business goals, segmentation, and responsible gaming.
• Collaborate with engineering, promotions, CRM, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
• Serve as the product authority on Caesars Rewards in digital products.
• Own the full product lifecycle for Caesars Rewards in our real-money gaming suite.
• Optimize UX for earning, tracking, and redeeming rewards across journeys.
• Define and track KPIs such as activation, engagement, retention, churn, MARPU, and LTV.
• Balance reinvestment with profitability and present insights to senior leadership.
• Lead integration with third-party loyalty vendors, CRM, payments, and other providers.
• Collaborate on strategy for third-party promotions and exclusive offers.
• Ensure extensibility for new jurisdictions, brands, and regulatory requirements.
