Job summary

Park Square Homes is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in Orlando, FL to own the brand’s digital footprint across paid media, SEO, and email campaigns. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and a direct report, delivering data-driven performance insights to the VP of Marketing.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with leadership or management exposure.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and SEO.
Demonstrated understanding of AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to build sophisticated performance dashboards.
Experience managing digital vendor relationships, ad platforms, and budgets.
Clear communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and manage paid media strategy and execution across all digital channels.
Set budgets by channel and brand; submit expenses for approval.
Deliver detailed performance reporting and insights to the VP of Marketing.
Oversee SEO strategy and local search optimization across brands.
Direct and support email/drip campaigns and social media initiatives.
Coach and develop the Digital Specialist; maintain scalable dashboards and workflows.
