Betr is seeking a Head of Digital Collectibles to define, launch, and scale Betr’s collectibles business. This is a GM-style leadership role with end-to-end accountability across strategy, supply, demand, content, product, compliance, and P&L.

You will operate as the founder of a new business line inside a fast-growing brand. Location: hybrid role based in Miami, FL or Remote, depending on candidate location, per company policy.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, gaming, collectibles, or consumer entertainment.
• Proven experience owning or influencing P&L, GMV, or revenue targets.
• Experience with live selling, gamified commerce, creator-led marketplaces, or real-money gaming is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the P&L and business outcomes for Digital Collectibles at Betr.
• Define and execute the category strategy based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Drive supply, partnerships, and ecosystem growth with complex commercial agreements.
• Build compelling collecting experiences and partner with Betr Media for creator-led content.
• Champion trust, compliance, and responsible play across jurisdictions.
