Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Findlay, OH is seeking a DevOps Platforms Leader to drive strategy, governance, modernization, and enterprise adoption of DevOps platforms across multiple teams.

You will lead recruitable teams, shape roadmaps, and enable secure, scalable software delivery with strong collaboration among Engineering, Security, Product Delivery, and Data domains. Experience in DevSecOps and platform analytics is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field required.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience required.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the DevOps team, providing guidance and mentoring to drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and lead IT projects of low- to medium-complexity, delivering on time and within budget with quality standards.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Define and drive the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives for fast, secure delivery.
• Design and manage enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, automated testing, IaC, and config management.
• Embed security controls across the software delivery lifecycle through code analysis, vulnerability scanning, secret detection, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency through monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.
• Implement robust governance including access controls, audit logging, and compliant reporting to meet standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging DevSecOps tools and practices and foster cross-functional collaboration to support business initiatives.
