Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a computer-related field.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the team, mentoring and driving continuous improvement.
• Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects on time and within budget.
• Ensures availability, reliability, and security of technology systems.
• Defines and drives the DevSecOps strategy and roadmap.
• Designs and manages enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms and IaC tooling.
• Embeds security controls across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Oversees platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implements governance, access controls, and compliance reporting.
• Evaluates new DevSecOps tools and fosters cross-functional collaboration.
