Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks a DevOps Platforms Leader to drive strategy, governance, modernization, and enterprise adoption of the DevOps ecosystem across Digital Product Delivery, Digital Technology Services, and Data, Analytics & AI teams.

You will lead platform standards, tooling, and secure, scalable delivery, partnering with Software Engineering, Security Operations, and product teams to define roadmaps, improve developer experience, and mature the operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Defines and drives DevSecOps strategy and roadmap.
• Designs and manages enterprise-grade DevSecOps platforms.
• Oversees platform reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Continuously evaluates emerging DevSecOps tools and practices.
