Tools for Humanity is seeking a Head of Product, Devices to define the vision and roadmap for its device portfolio. You will lead the Device Product function across hardware, software, AI, and privacy, balancing long-term strategy with practical execution.

You'll collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to drive product readiness, define success metrics, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership for hardware and software products.
• Proven track record from concept through production, launch, and global scale.
• Experience defining strategy across hardware, software, AI, manufacturing, operations, and business considerations.
• Strong judgment on usability, reliability, quality, and customer trust.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with design and engineering to create seamless experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse teams.
• Technical fluency across consumer electronics, embedded systems, AI, biometrics, or related fields.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing product teams.
• Hands-on, low-ego leadership with learning from customers and real-world performance.
• Willingness to travel globally to engage with users and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision and roadmap for TFH's device portfolio.
• Translate strategy, insights, constraints, and objectives into a clear product plan.
• Own the hardware lifecycle from concept to in-field iteration.
• Drive discovery through user research and market understanding.
• Define requirements, success metrics, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with UX and Industrial Design to shape experiences and form factor.
• Coordinate with engineering, AI, manufacturing, supply chain, privacy, security, and leadership.
• Lead readiness for launches, quality, field validation, and post-launch learning.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team and practices.
• Foster curiosity, rigorous thinking, accountability, and customer obsession.
