Job summary

Digacore in New Jersey seeks a Director to own the DNA team—developers, data, product, and AI specialists—driving structure, standards, and a clear delivery cadence.

You’ll define SOPs and KPIs, grow the team, and lead cross-functional work across AI services, internal data, and a client-facing product, while the CTO steps back from day-to-day operations.

This leadership role emphasizes outcomes over coding and requires strong stakeholder management and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automation, development, data, or technical operations.
• 3+ years leading a technical team with direct reports.
• Built SOPs, operating rhythms, and KPIs for a team.
• Experience guiding technically senior people without micromanaging.
• Shipped AI, automation, or software with measurable impact.
• Strong MS stack and integration knowledge to unblock, review, and build.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DNA team, set ownership and priorities.
• Write and roll out SOPs, guidelines, and delivery cadence.
• Define and track KPIs; report to the CTO monthly.
• Run the weekly delivery cadence with clear ownership.
• Own the technology roadmap across AI, data, and product streams.
• Oversee client AI engagements from assessment to live deployment.
• Grow the team and hire as the function scales.
• Own tooling and vendor decisions, budget input, and capacity planning.
