Job summary

Digacore is seeking a hands-on Manager of Development & Automation to lead automation, systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows across the company and client environments. This role is delivery-focused, with opportunities to grow and mentor the team over time.

Qualifications

3+ years in automation, systems integration, DevOps, or technical operations.
1+ years leading or mentoring on AI or automation initiatives.
Experience in MSP, SaaS, or other multi-client service environments.
Strong ability to improve business processes through APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell, Power Platform, PSA/RMM tools, and APIs.

Responsibilities

Grow and develop the Development & Automation team, onboarding and mentoring as the function scales.
Contribute to the technical roadmap, tooling choices, delivery priorities, and cross-functional partnerships.
Manage vendor relationships and capacity planning for the function.
Own and build the automation and integration roadmap across internal ops and client environments.
Identify manual processes and convert them into scalable automations to boost efficiency.
Define automation opportunities with leadership, teams, and clients.
Build and deploy workflow automations, system integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
Create reusable automation patterns applicable across teams and clients.
Improve visibility through reporting and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
Streamline service desk, onboarding/offboarding, billing, and client lifecycle workflows.
