Job summary

Digacore Technology Consulting is seeking a Director of Development & Automation to lead the DNA team across AI services, internal data, and a client‑facing software product. You’ll establish SOPs, delivery cadence, and KPIs, then scale the team to meet growing demand.

You’ll shape strategy, own roadmaps across streams, oversee client engagements, and partner with leadership to drive automation and AI initiatives while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in automation or related fields, incl. 3+ years leading a technical team.
• Proven ability to implement SOPs, operating rhythms, and KPIs.
• Experience guiding highly technical staff without micromanagement.
• Shipped AI, automation, or software with measurable impact.
• Strong Microsoft stack expertise (M365/Azure, Power Platform, Power BI), APIs.
• Client-facing skills and ability to handle security/compliance talks.
• Thrives in lean, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DNA team; assign ownership and optimize performance.
• Create SOPs, guidelines, delivery cadence, and KPIs.
• Define and track KPIs like time to deploy and ROI.
• Run weekly delivery cadence with clear owners and priorities.
• Own roadmap across AI services, data, and client-facing software.
• Manage client AI engagements from setup to live.
• Oversee product releases with Product Owner and developers.
• Grow the team by hiring and onboarding as needed.
• Own tooling, vendor decisions, and budget input.
• Escalate on client issues including security and compliance.
