Job summary

Digacore in New Jersey is seeking a hands-on Manager of Development & Automation to lead automation, systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows across the company and client environments. You will reduce manual work, improve reporting, and scale efficiency with smarter processes.

You’ll mentor the growing team, shape the technical roadmap, manage vendor relationships, and deliver end-to-end solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automation, systems integration, DevOps or technical operations.
• Experience in MSP, SaaS, or multi-client service environments.
• Strong ability to improve business processes through APIs and workflow automation.
• Hands-on with Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell and Power Platform.
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI) and data structures.
• Proven track record of applying AI to operational use cases.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the Development & Automation team and mentor members.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and standards for tooling and delivery priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships and support capacity planning.
• Own and build the automation and integration roadmap across operations and client environments.
• Identify manual processes and turn them into scalable automations.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand pain points and define opportunities.
• Build and deploy workflows, integrations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Create reusable automation patterns for cross-team use.
• Improve visibility through dashboards for better decision making.
• Streamline service desk, onboarding, billing, and client lifecycle workflows.
• Select and implement tools that deliver measurable business value.
• Work with engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Track impact with metrics like time saved and efficiency gains.
