Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure within the Platform product group.

You will own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the entire code lifecycle, from code change to production deployment, to make engineers faster, safer, and more productive. You will lead end-to-end roadmaps for CI/CD, testing infra, and deployment systems, driving adoption across Coinbase’s engineering population while ensuring reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience within developer infrastructure or internal tools.
• Deep fluency in the code lifecycle including CI/CD, build systems, testing infra, and deployment pipelines.
• Track record of multi-year platform strategies that improved developer velocity and reliability.
• Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer and driving adoption.
• Ability to articulate infrastructure strategy and investment cases to senior leaders.
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure.
• Lead migrations to reduce complexity and improve reliability for engineers.
• Build quality scorecards and dashboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infrastructure leadership for reliability and security.
• Understand internal customer needs and translate insights into high-impact investments.
• Shape integration of emerging technologies, including AI-powered testing and deployment, into the code lifecycle.
