Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure within the Platform product group. You will own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the entire code lifecycle, from code changes to production deployment, driving faster, safer, and more productive engineering workflows.

You will lead the roadmap for CI/CD, release automation, testing and deployment systems, while partnering with Eng, SRE, and Security to ensure reliability and security at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with focus on developer infrastructure, developer productivity, or internal tools.
• Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infra, release automation, deployment pipelines, and production readiness.
• Track record of defining multi-year platform strategies that improved developer velocity, reliability, and quality.
• Experience delivering products where engineers are the primary customers and driving adoption across engineering teams.
• Ability to articulate complex infrastructure strategy, tradeoffs, and investment cases to senior leadership.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and production readiness standards.
• Lead migrations to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and simplify adoption for engineers.
• Build quality scorecards and leaderboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infra leadership to ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Analyze usage patterns and gather feedback to translate insights into high-impact investments.
• Shape integration of emerging technologies, including AI-powered testing and deployment, into the code lifecycle.
