Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure. You will own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the code lifecycle, driving faster, safer, and more productive engineering across the platform.

You will define end-to-end roadmaps, collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, and leadership to ensure reliable, scalable systems, and integrate AI-powered testing/deployment while maintaining quality and safety.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on developer infrastructure or internal tools.
• Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infrastructure, release automation, deployment pipelines.
• Track record of defining multi-year platform strategies delivering improvements in velocity, reliability and quality.
• Experience building products where engineers are the primary customers and driving adoption.
• Ability to articulate infrastructure strategy, tradeoffs, and investment cases to senior leadership.
• Ability to implement Generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure (CI/CD, release automation, testing infra).
• Lead migrations to simplify systems, improve reliability, and ease adoption for engineers.
• Create quality scorecards and dashboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and leadership to ensure reliable, secure, scalable developer lifecycle systems.
• Analyze usage and feedback from engineers to translate insights into prioritized investments.
• Shape AI-powered testing, validation, and deployment capabilities within the code lifecycle.
