Job summary

Coinbase is looking for a Group Product Manager to own the vision for Developer Infrastructure, guiding the code lifecycle from change to production deployment. You will enable engineers to move faster, safer, and more productively.

You will drive the end-to-end roadmap, lead migrations, build enterprise-grade dashboards, and collaborate with Engineering, SRE, and Security to ensure reliable, scalable systems. AI-enabled capabilities will be integrated with human oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with significant experience in developer infrastructure or internal tools.
• Deep domain expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infra, release automation, deployment pipelines, production readiness, with fluency in DORA metrics.
• Track record of defining multi-year platform strategies delivering improvements in developer velocity, reliability, and quality.
• Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer, driving adoption across an engineering org without a mandate.
• Ability to articulate infra strategy, quality tradeoffs, and investment cases to senior leadership.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
• Lead migrations to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and simplify adoption for engineers.
• Create quality scorecards and dashboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and infra leadership to ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Analyze usage patterns and feedback to translate insights into prioritized, high-impact investments.
• Shape the integration of AI-powered testing, validation, and deployment capabilities into the code lifecycle.
