Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design, including leading designers and delivering high‑quality consumer experiences.
• Exceptional hands‑on craft demonstrated in a strong portfolio of complex interfaces.
• Experience building scalable design systems across multi‑brand, white‑label, or multi‑tenant products.
• Deep expertise in consumer products, commerce, and native mobile (iOS/Android).
• AI‑native practitioner who prototypes, designs in code, and ships AI‑powered experiences.
• Proven ability to link design decisions to business outcomes via experimentation and data.
• Strong product judgment, high ownership, urgency, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
