Owner.com is seeking a Head of Design, Consumer to own the end‑to‑end guest experience across online ordering, native apps, loyalty, and lifecycle engagement. You will lead a small, high‑performing design team, set the design vision, and personally tackle the most complex challenges.

• Deep expertise in consumer products, commerce, and native mobile (iOS/Android).
• AI‑native practitioner who prototypes, designs in code, and ships AI‑powered experiences.
• Proven ability to link design decisions to business outcomes via experimentation and data.

We’re hiring a Head of Design, Consumer to own that experience end to end, shaping how millions of guests discover, order from, and return to their favorite restaurants.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You'll set the design vision, lead a small, high‑performing team, and personally drive the most complex design challenges. You'll build systems that scale across thousands of distinct restaurant brands while directly influencing conversion, retention, and revenue.

Owner is essentially the developer, branding agency, and CMO for every one of our customers. We have a unique opportunity to provide tools that enable rich brand expression that delivery apps would never support, while also facilitating world class consumer ordering experiences.
