Job summary

clearer.io in the United States is hiring an experienced UX/UI Designer I to own design outcomes from discovery to shipped product. You will work with product and engineering teams to deliver polished, production-ready work that drives user satisfaction and business results.

This hands-on role emphasizes autonomy, AI-driven design, and building scalable design systems while maintaining accessibility and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design and UX/UI experience.
• Portfolio with 2-3 in-depth case studies showing process and outcomes.
• Experience building or scaling design systems and working with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of features from discovery to final implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear design solutions and present to stakeholders.
• Develop mocks and prototypes to communicate flows and interactions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers, delivering dev-ready specs.
• Identify UX problems and drive improvements with minimal supervision.
