Job summary

Mesh is seeking a Head of Design to own the end‑to‑end Mesh experience, from consumer apps to merchant interfaces. You will lead and grow the design team, decide how to balance standardization with customization, and drive ambitious, world‑class design across complex crypto payments systems.

You will reinvent design for the AI era, determine workflows and prototypes, and present evidence‑backed positions to the CEO and CTO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product design, including 3+ years leading designers while staying hands‑on.
• Shipped consumer products at scale with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for complex systems where money movement, infrastructure, or health are involved.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Mesh experience across consumer app and merchant surfaces.
• Tackle design's hardest problems hands‑on and guide critical flows like deposits, swaps, bridging, and on‑ramps.
• Own and grow the design team, setting standards and hiring as Mesh scales.
• Reinvent design for the AI era, defining tools, workflows, and the mix of prototypes to specs.
• Represent design at the exec table and influence roadmaps with senior leadership.
