United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of how people discover, trade, and interact with digital assets across mobile and web. You will lead from concept to launch, partnering with engineers and other designers to deliver elegant, high-quality user experiences with strong visual craft.

This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and the chance to design for millions of users in crypto’s rapidly evolving space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience; consumer and platform-facing work.
• Ability to own complex, ambiguous problems and turn them into elegant solutions.
• Strong product sense and strategic thinking in a small, autonomous team.
• Experience designing mobile-first products with polished UX and visuals.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills demonstrated in a strong portfolio.
• Experience building or maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to ship technically-informed designs.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and workflows to improve design quality and team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from concept through launch with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Channel design thinking into the product development process to solve real user problems with simplicity.
• Refine ideas into actionable directions through research, prototyping and iteration.
• Create end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, balancing user needs, feasibility, and business goals while upholding visual quality and brand expression.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to raise quality and consistency across surfaces.
• Champion new AI-enabled workflows to expand what's possible for product development.
• Communicate design rationale clearly across disciplines to align teams around goals.
• Help shape the design culture with strong craft, collaboration and curiosity.
