Job summary

Gantri is seeking a Head of Design Accounts to lead relationships with major brands and retailers in North America and Europe. This senior role requires deep industry connections, experience closing large multi-year deals, and a strategic mindset for expanding Gantri Made partnerships.

You will own a named account plan, drive new business via your network and key trade shows, and coordinate with product and factory teams to ensure feasibility, pricing, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships at a design brand, design retailer, contract furniture or lighting manufacturer, or a manufacturers' representative serving them.
• Current network of decision-makers at MillerKnoll, Haworth, Steelcase, Vitra, HAY, Flos, Design Within Reach, Room & Board, and leading European design retailers.
• Proven success closing large, multi-year accounts with design brands or retailers.

Responsibilities

• Own a named account plan for the top 20 to 30 design brands and retailers in North America and Europe.
• Acquire new accounts through your network and presence at major trade shows.
• Structure, scope, and close Gantri Made deals with design brands, coordinating with product development and factory teams.
• Open and grow wholesale accounts for Gantri-branded products and convert top accounts to exclusive Made programs.
• Grow existing partners from initial program to multi-product, multi-year relationships.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecast for revenue visibility.
