Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Forecasting & Revenue Attainment in Scottsdale, AZ. This executive will modernize and run end-to-end demand planning across the Power Solutions Group, translating market signals into revenue, margin, and inventory actions.

The role requires 12+ years in demand planning/revenue operations within semiconductors or long-cycle B2B tech, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, revenue operations, business planning, or S&OP/IBP.
• Proven success building or improving a demand forecasting function and cadence.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry with direct, distribution, and channel models.
• Ability to translate signals into forward-looking forecasts and actions.
• Strong knowledge of forecast accuracy, bias, and scenario planning.
• Advanced analytics in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience with ERP and enterprise planning platforms (Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9, Oracle).
• Influence across GMs, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and P&L leaders.
• Executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecasting operating model end-to-end.
• Build a forward-looking demand signal engine with multiple data sources.
• Improve forecast quality, accuracy, and bias with clear ownership.
• Lead weekly revenue reviews and quarterly strategic outlooks.
• Anticipate demand inflections and revenue risk before they appear.
• Strengthen channel inventory management and replenishment signals.
• Translate demand into financial outcomes and scenarios.
• Provide rigorous projections for AOP, LRSP/IBP, and S&OP processes.
• Create cross-division consistency using shared customers and products.
• Standardize analytics, KPI framework, and dashboards as a single source of truth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing forecasting and revenue team.
• Influence enterprise decisions with concise, executive-ready insights.
