CREO Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead enterprise demand planning in Atlanta, GA. The role connects Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to build a reliable forecast supporting service levels and growth.

The candidate will own S&OP/IBP processes, manage seasonality, promotions, and new product introductions, and lead a team to drive analytics, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP within multi-site manufacturing.
• Three+ years of leadership experience building planning processes.
• Experience forecasting for major retailers, distributors, or seasonal categories.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise demand planning across product categories, customers, channels, and locations with an unconstrained rolling forecast.
• Manage monthly demand review, scenario analysis, and executive alignment.
• Translate demand into capacity, labor, tooling, and packaging requirements across supply chain.
• Lead demand planning for new products, launches, and phase-ins; coordinate phase-outs.
