Key responsibilities:

Leading project management practices using Agile methodologies for your portfolio.

Collaborating with PMO to implement processes and strategies for your project management team.

Guiding your team structure and escalating important issues when necessary.

Ensuring teams follow established methodologies and processes.

Working with Account leadership to address client challenges.

Facilitating effective communication between Project Managers and clients.

Maintaining client and team satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

Experience: Background in project management of software projects.

Client Focus: Client-focused approach and budget management skills.

Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies.

Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills.

Technical Background: Software engineering experience or technical background.

Education: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Language: Good level of English.
