About the Role:

As our Delivery Director, you'll be the maestro orchestrating a symphony of multicultural teams spread across the globe. - Escalation Maven: Support your structure and deftly handle escalations to the VP when the situation calls for it.

- Fortune Teller: Define global forecasts for your project portfolio, steering the ship towards success.

- Process Champion: Ensure your team adheres to established methodologies, keeping the gears of progress well-oiled.

- Client Whisperer: Partner with Account VPs to tackle complex client issues, turning challenges into opportunities.

- Communication Conductor: Orchestrate effective, professional, and transparent communication between Project Managers and Customers.

- Satisfaction Architect: Craft an environment of success and satisfaction for both customers and team members throughout every project.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Project Management Guru: 6+ years of experience in software outsourcing project management, juggling Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets like a pro.

- Customer Champion: A natural inclination towards customer satisfaction and success.

- Budget Maestro: Skilled in the art of budget management and financial finesse.

- Tech Veteran: Battle-tested experience in Software Development Management and hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.

- Agile Aficionado: Deep familiarity with Agile Methodologies and their practical applications.

- Communication Virtuoso: Strong communication skills that can bridge cultures and time zones.

- Academic Foundation: Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science that laid the groundwork for your tech leadership.
