Job summary

Lynton is building an AI-native growth agency from the ground up in the US. As founding strategy leader, you own the strategy layer of every engagement, from assessment and roadmap to measurement and revenue-focused marketing and sales strategy.

You will guide a fleet of AI agents, lead migrations off legacy platforms, and expand client accounts with measurable outcomes. This role blends leadership, analytics, and hands-on AI delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving measurable results for clients in digital marketing and sales strategy.
• Agency background with experience in scaling, pods, and retainer models.
• Deep analytics fluency: GA4, GTM, attribution, dashboards.
• Experience migrating clients off legacy platforms and adopting AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and blueprint phases, including estate and stack assessments.
• Migrate clients to sovereign stack, oversee architecture and cutover.
• Design measurement frameworks and dashboards to prove revenue.
• Define and execute AI-first delivery with an agent fleet.
• Build the playbook and scaling framework for future engagements.
